CrossFit E3 Kids is all about movement, play, and building healthy habits from an early age. Our program introduces children to fitness in a fun and engaging way, helping them develop strength, coordination, and confidence through age-appropriate exercises and games. By focusing on fundamental movement patterns like jumping, running, squatting, and lifting light objects safely, we create a foundation for a lifetime of health and activity.
