Alexandra Thompson, LMSW, MSW, PN-1 to be precise. Since beginning her work as a mental health clinician, Ali has acquired professional experience working in nutrition, a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Coach, and is passionate about healing the whole body and mind as well as educating clients as to why nutrition is such a huge part of their success.

Nutrition is a key component of optimizing energy levels. I will look at your training schedule, nutrition, and lifestyle to help make a plan that charges up your energy units.
